Do it for your mind and everything else will follow.

It has been said that mental health is the final frontier of health care.  What we do know is that mental health impacts physical health and vice versa.  Too often we start off exercising with a physical goal.  But if we start off and embrace the good feelings we have in our minds after a good workout it can and will become a habit.  The habit that provides us with mental health benefits will cause the physical benefits to follow.
